YOUR INFORMATION. YOUR CHOICES.

Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: October 23, 2026

This policy covers eddiegrealestate.com, operated by Eddie Guajardo, doing business as Eddie G Real Estate. It explains this website’s collection and use of information. Real estate transactions and services provided through eXp Realty, lenders, listing services, or other professionals may also have their own privacy notices.

Your choices at a glance

Inquiry and contact lists are not sold or rented. Optional analytics and advertising tracking are off until you allow them. You can use the contact form without accepting optional tracking.

Optional analytics and marketing are off.

1. Information we collect: notice at collection

We collect information directly from you and, where described below, from your browser or device. The categories, purposes, recipients, and retention criteria in this policy also serve as our notice at collection for the inquiry form.

  • Contact identifiers: your first and last name, phone number, and email address when you submit an inquiry.
  • Inquiry information: your selected real estate interest, message, and any property or transaction plans you choose to include. Please do not send government identification numbers, bank details, passwords, health information, or sensitive documents through this form.
  • Website and device information: hosting and security services receive information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request times. The form’s abuse protection uses a time-bucketed hash of your IP address, rather than saving your raw IP address in the contact database.
  • Optional measurement information: if you allow analytics or marketing, Google Analytics or Meta Pixel may receive browser identifiers and information about visits, pages, referring sites, or advertising interactions.
  • Privacy choices: this browser stores your analytics and marketing selections and the time of your selection.

The website has used Google Analytics and Meta Pixel during the preceding twelve months, alongside hosting, security, and inquiry handling. Under the controls introduced with this policy, optional tracking requires your choice. The contact form does not send the fields you enter to Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.

2. How we use information

We use inquiry details to answer your questions, communicate about the real estate help you request, manage our client relationship, and keep records needed for legal obligations or disputes. Hosting and security information helps deliver the site, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot errors. Optional analytics measures site use; optional Meta Pixel supports advertising measurement and audiences.

The form does not subscribe you to an unrelated marketing list or send an automatic marketing reply. The website does not make automated decisions about your eligibility for housing or lending. We do not request sensitive personal information for profiling; if you include it in a message, it is handled as part of responding to that message.

3. Who receives information

  • Eddie Guajardo and website support: Eddie and the website administrator at AWEBCO receive inquiry notifications so they can handle inquiries and support the site.
  • Cloudflare: hosts the website, runs its contact function, provides security services, and stores inquiries in a private database.
  • Mailgun and email providers: deliver and store inquiry notifications containing the details submitted in the form, the submission date and time, and browser/device and language information reported by the request.
  • Google Analytics and Meta: receive optional measurement information only when the corresponding website choice permits it. Google’s advertising personalization features are disabled in this site’s analytics configuration. Meta advertising measurement can constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law.
  • Fonts, media, and linked services: Google Fonts automatically supplies the site’s typefaces when a page loads and receives normal connection information, independently of the optional analytics and marketing choices. The homepage includes a YouTube player in privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube receives connection information when that player loads and additional playback information when you play the video. Following links to social networks, property listings, lenders, or other websites takes you to services governed by their own policies.

We may also disclose information as needed to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights and security, or carry out a transaction or referral you request. Inquiry lists are not sold or rented. Optional advertising-related sharing of browser information is controlled separately through the choices below.

4. Cookies, tracking, and your choices

Essential site functions support security, form submissions, and remembering your choices. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel do not load until the respective optional category is enabled. The Privacy Policy page itself does not load those trackers. The embedded YouTube player uses youtube-nocookie.com and may connect when it loads, independently of optional analytics and marketing choices; playing the video sends playback information to YouTube.

Use to review or change selections. Use to turn off optional analytics and advertising sharing immediately in this browser, without an account or identity check. The settings display your current status, including confirmation when an opt-out signal has been honored.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and a browser Do Not Track signal by keeping optional analytics and marketing off, even if an earlier choice allowed them. This does not stop the basic information needed to deliver the site, protect it from abuse, or process a message you choose to send. Third-party websites and the embedded video may process information under their own policies, including across websites.

Choices are stored in this browser until you change them or clear browser storage. Another browser or device may need its own choice or GPC setting. Saving a changed choice may reload the page to stop previously loaded trackers; the site also removes accessible Google Analytics and Meta tracking cookies when you turn off the corresponding category. We cannot erase information a provider already received merely by changing a browser setting. Contact us for requests concerning previously collected information.

5. California privacy rights

California’s CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, gives residents rights where the law applies to the business and information involved. These may include knowing and accessing collected information; obtaining a portable copy; correcting inaccurate information; requesting deletion, subject to exceptions; opting out of sale or advertising-related sharing; limiting certain uses of sensitive information; and receiving equal treatment when exercising rights. This website does not offer a financial incentive for providing personal information.

For access, correction, deletion, a request concerning sensitive information, or a privacy question, email eddiegrealestate@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject, or call 831-206-2335. Tell us the type of request and enough information to locate your inquiry. Do not email identity documents or financial information. We may verify control of the email address or other details already associated with the inquiry. An authorized agent may make a request with evidence of permission; verification may be required for requests involving personal records. Browser opt-outs do not require verification.

Where CCPA deadlines apply, we acknowledge requests to know, correct, or delete within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If an allowed extension is needed, we explain it within that period. Browser advertising opt-outs take effect through the controls immediately. Legal recordkeeping, completing a requested service, security, and other lawful exceptions may limit deletion; we explain any applicable refusal.

You may also use the email above for a request under California’s “Shine the Light” law concerning disclosures for another business’s direct marketing. To learn about California rights or submit a complaint, visit the California Privacy Protection Agency or California Attorney General. This website notice does not determine whether every CCPA business-coverage requirement applies to Eddie G Real Estate or a separate brokerage.

6. How long information is kept

Retention depends on the purpose of the information, the status of an inquiry or client relationship, and any legal recordkeeping or dispute-resolution needs. We do not assign every inquiry the same automatic deletion date. We review requests to delete information and retain it only where needed for the purposes described or an applicable exception. Email copies and provider operational records are also subject to the relevant account settings and legal requirements.

Privacy selections remain in browser storage until changed or cleared. Form abuse-prevention tokens are eligible for removal after approximately 24 hours; cleanup occurs on a later successful submission. No payment or government-ID details are needed to use the website contact form.

7. Security and other websites

The site uses HTTPS, server-side form validation, restricted database access, and abuse controls. No system can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. This policy does not govern third-party sites, social networks, a lender’s form, or another company’s real estate service. Review their privacy notices before providing information.

8. Children’s privacy

This website is intended for adults seeking real estate information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or knowingly sell or share personal information of people under 16 for advertising. If you believe a child has supplied information, contact us so it can be reviewed and removed where appropriate.

9. Changes to this policy

We post changes on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes to information practices will also be highlighted through a notice on the website; where required, a new use will require a new choice or other legally required notice. Please check this page when you have questions about current practices.
